Importance of PIABA-like Organizations

PIABA is the only national organization in the United States devoted exclusively to the representation of claimants investors in the arbitration process. The organization was formed in 1991 and this year we’ve had our 26th annual annual meeting but it is the only organization that supports the network of attorneys whose sole purpose is to advance the interests of the investing public and to assure that procedures in the arbitration process remain fair for investors.
